While V‑Spurs membership is not required to ride in our shows, becoming a member comes with great benefits—especially if you plan to ride with us throughout the season.

Membership also comes with a commitment:
All V‑Spurs members are required to volunteer for two half events at each show they attend. Whether it's timing, gate, arena setting, or judging, we rely on our members to keep our shows running smoothly.

Memberships range from $25-60, depending on age and individual/family plans.
V‑Spurs is a volunteer-run, nonprofit club, and your membership helps us provide a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all riders.
You can join at any time—just fill out the membership form and submit it at a show!
Becoming a CGA Member
To ride in V‑Spurs gymkhana events and be eligible for year-end awards, all riders must be members of the California Gymkhana Association (CGA).
CGA membership includes:

Eligibility to compete in all CGA-sanctioned events across California

The opportunity to earn points toward year-end awards, buckles, and district rankings

Official ride times and records tracked statewide

Access to a supportive, family-oriented riding community
Annual membership fees are set by CGA and apply across all districts. Riders of all ages and experience levels are welcome. You can sign up for a CGA membership the day of your first show. The pricing button will direct you to the CGA website.
